We're a month into the project and we've gotten a tremendous amount of work covered within the last 30 days. To date, all the green complexes have been stripped. The front nine greens are already floated out. So we've been able to recapture pinnable areas that we've lost many years ago. You're seeing the greens expand in size. People that have played here before, I think they're going to be blown away on how much the greens have been captured. I mean, there's some greens that have come in anywhere from 10 to 12 feet.
Anybody that knows Pawleys' 10, you had just past the landing area, really, you had a large waste area that was blocked, and it actually wrapped around in the front part of the fairway towards the water. A lot of it was hidden, and so when you played the hole, really you had to play to the left side. That was the only option, that's where the fairway was. What we did was we created a bunker kind of in the middle of the fairway. And I will tell you, I think that bunker is going to see a lot of action. But now you have the option if you miss hit a shot and go right where the bunker was, that's all fairway cut now. So now you can attack that green from many different angles, and I think from a playability standpoint, it'll be a much better golf hole.
