We started renovations in 2016 and the golf course from 2015 until now looks completely different. You'll still see the elevated greens that are heavily bunkered, but as far as the fairway and tee shots go, it's just pretty much a different golf course than it was back in the day. We are very excited about the future for this golf course just by the way the look of the land now. There's going to be a different view on every hole, there's going to be different shots that you'll have to play. So we're excited [inaudible 00:00:31]. We've been open for about a month now and the customers absolutely love the renovations. Visually, the waste bunkers to the golf course, it added a little bit more shot placement to your shot, but what we did is we added waste bunkers, but we pushed them as far to the outer limits of each hole as possible, so they come into play on a bad shot, but they're not going to come into play on a good shot. Switch them to a strand of Bermuda called Sunday Bermuda, and it's a very heat tolerant grass, it's a very strong grass, so we put those in this summer and we are ecstatic on the outcome.
