The first thing is we redid every single bunker, and when I say redid, the only thing that's the same as before is the general location. So they got brand new grass around them, brand new shape, brand new drainage, brand new sand, and they do not resemble the old ones at all. The amount of sand we have is probably 70% of what we used to have. So we have more bunkers, but they're smaller. And over the years, the green shrunk. When we measured them, before we closed, they were 75,000 square feet, which is less than two acres as they are today. They're 102,000 square feet, and so we added almost 35% more putting surface. We're going to reclaim some pinnacle places and what used to be the edge of the green is now a cuppable area, so it's brought the bunkers, in essence, closer to the greens, and now we can protect the pin location with the bunker, where before it was kind of far away, things can be even better because the greens are 100% pure-
