New Deal: “Myrtle Beach Goes Green” Package Is a Golfer’s Dream

Looking for a golf package that GUARANTEES great conditions this winter and spring?

The new “Myrtle Beach Goes Green” deal, which features the 17 courses that made the decision to overseed wall-to-wall, is Myrtle Beach’s hottest new offer.

Some of the area’s best courses, including TPC Myrtle Beach, Arrowhead Country Club, King’s North and The Witch, overseeded tee boxes, fairways, rough and greens, ensuring players will enjoy lush, green grass throughout the winter and Myrtle Beach’s ever-popular spring season.

The ryegrass overseed has already taken hold, and the 17 layouts are in pristine condition, featuring vibrant, striped fairways and turf conditions that are as good as they are at any point in the year.

“Myrtle Beach Goes Green” allows players to book a stay-and-play package or a golf-only deal.

Myrtle Beach golf courses that will feature emerald green grass as far as the eye can see this winter are: Man O’War, The Witch, The Wizard, Arrowhead Country Club, Eagle Nest, Blackmoor Golf Club, TPC Myrtle Beach, Long Bay Golf Club, World Tour, King’s North at Myrtle Beach National, the Palmetto and PineHills courses at Myrtlewood, Wing Wing Avocet, Tradition Club, River Club, Willbrook Plantation and Pawleys Plantation.

The deal is an opportunity to package courses from across the Myrtle Beach golf spectrum while maximizing the area’s legendary value along the way. The trio of Mystical Golf courses – Man O’War, The Witch and the Wizard – are among the area’s most creative designs.

The Wizard is a Scottish links-inspired design, complete with pot bunkers and the area’s most dramatic mounding. Man O’War, built around a 100+ acre lake, is home to golf’s only back-to-back island greens, and there is no rough on the course.

Those courses can be paired with layouts like World Tour, where players enjoy replicas of the game’s most famous holes, including Amen Corner at Augusta National, and King’s North at Myrtle Beach National, home the “The Gambler,” the famed par 5 that features an alternate, island fairway.

Blackmoor, Gary Players’ only Myrtle Beach golf course, is a hidden gem, making it an ideal layout to pair with TPC Myrtle Beach or Pawleys Plantation as part of the “Myrtle Beach Goes Green” package.

The deal presents the opportunity to book a diverse array of courses with the assurance of outstanding playing conditions, no matter the time of year.
