Spring is the most popular time of year to visit Myrtle Beach for a golf vacation, and based on the feedback we received from golfers who traveled to the Grand Strand this season, it’s easy to see why.
From March through June, golfers consistently praised the quality of the courses, the convenience of the destination, and the ease of planning their trip. In fact, every golfer who completed our post-trip survey said they would book with Myrtle Beach Golf Trips again, a testament to both the Myrtle Beach golf experience and the service provided by our team.

One of the strongest themes throughout the survey responses was the value golfers placed on having an experienced golf director help coordinate their trip. Many travelers highlighted the responsiveness, organization, and attention to detail provided throughout the planning process.
“Everything went seamlessly. The courses had our information and everything was exactly as planned,” one golfer wrote.
Another added, “Every tee time was reserved as noted without issues. A+ service.”

Of course, the golf itself remained the star of the show.
When golfers reflected on their favorite rounds, a number of Myrtle Beach’s most acclaimed courses received repeated praise. TPC Myrtle Beach, Caledonia Golf & Fish Club, King’s North at Myrtle Beach National, Wild Wing, Pawleys Plantation, River Club, Prestwick Country Club, Grande Dunes Resort Course, and Pine Lakes Country Club were all frequently mentioned as memorable highlights of spring golf trips.
TPC Myrtle Beach earned particularly strong reviews for its exceptional conditioning, while Caledonia continued its reputation as one of the most enjoyable and picturesque experiences on the Grand Strand. Golfers also spoke highly of the recent improvements at King’s North, the scenery and layout at Pawleys Plantation, the challenge presented by Prestwick, and the overall experience at Grande Dunes and Pine Lakes.
“Grand Dunes and Pawleys Plantation were fantastic,” one golfer shared.
Another said simply, “Pine Lakes was my favorite course by far.”
More Than Just Great Golf
Beyond the golf, many visitors appreciated the convenience that has made Myrtle Beach America’s premier golf destination. Golfers cited the short drives between courses and accommodations, the variety of available packages, and the ability to customize trips that fit their group’s budget and preferences.
“The convenience of everything is the biggest advantage. Everything is within a short distance,” one traveler noted.
Another commented that his group particularly enjoyed the “VIP treatment” they received throughout the trip.
