When Is Your Favorite Myrtle Beach Golf Course Closing For Aeration in 2024?

While we all enjoy summer weather, it does bring one inconvenience to Myrtle Beach golfers – course aeration.

Aeration, which requires courses to close for a few days, is a necessary evil, ensuring the long-term health of your favorite layout by relieving soil compaction, stimulating root growth, and improving drainage.

Fortunately, Myrtle Beach golfers have it better than most. With a surplus of courses to choose from, there are always plenty of great tee time options, even in the heart of “aeration season.” As you make your summer golf plans, here are the scheduled aeration closure dates for the area’s public courses for summer 2024.
