The Race for Fall 2026 Tee Times Has Begun in Myrtle Beach

Demand for fall golf in Myrtle Beach is already running well ahead of last year — and prime dates are beginning to tighten.

Momentum from a record-setting spring season has carried straight into the back half of the year, and tee sheets are filling at a pace that has our team encouraging groups to plan sooner rather than later. Interest has been especially strong from Midwest travelers, along with a surge in bookings from our Canadian friends who are locking in their annual trips earlier than usual.

“Spring demand exceeded expectations, and that energy hasn’t slowed down,” said Justin Binke, Director of Marketing and Sales for Myrtle Beach Golf Trips. “We’re seeing fall reservations tracking significantly ahead of last year. Groups from the Midwest, Northeast and Canada are securing their dates early to make sure they get the courses and accommodations they want.”

Leading the surge is King’s North at Myrtle Beach National, which continues to generate outstanding feedback following its recent renovation. The Arnold Palmer design has quickly become one of the hottest booked courses of the season, with many groups building their trips around securing it on their schedule.

“King’s North has been on fire,” Binke added. “The feedback has been tremendous. Groups are specifically asking for it, and many are building their trips around getting it on the schedule.”

Premium designs across the Grand Strand are also pacing well ahead of last year. Courses like TPC Myrtle Beach, Prestwick Country Club, Caledonia and Grande Dunes Resort Club are already seeing strong advance bookings through the Myrtle Beach Golf Trips team of golf directors, particularly for prime fall dates where availability is beginning to narrow.

“Golfers want marquee experiences,” Binke said. “When you combine elite course conditions with perfect fall weather, it’s no surprise those top-tier layouts are fillingPrestwick Country Club up early.”

With demand rising, premium tee times tightening, and travel groups planning further in advance, the message is clear: now is the time to start planning your fall golf trip.

Early planners get the best tee times and pricing on premium courses — and this fall is shaping up to reward those who move first.
