“Ridin’ With Rymer,” a new online show that will feature golf media personality Charlie Rymer enjoying the best of the Myrtle Beach golf scene with a host of celebrities, will launch January 8.
The 12-episode series will be sponsored by MyrtleBeachGolfTrips.com, and Rymer will be playing Myrtle Beach’s premier courses with his famous friends, some of them challenging the former PGA Tour player to a match while others are in search of an emergency lesson.
Among the guests who will be featured on the show’s first season are Tiger Woods’ former coach Hank Haney, two-time major champion John Daly, Hootie & the Blowfish guitarist Mark Bryan, and Golf Channel star Damon Hack.
Each fast-paced episode will be 6-10 minutes long with Rymer’s down-home personality driving the show. Viewers can expect to enjoy a lot of laughs and see America’s most popular golf destination through a different lens.
“Ridin’ with Rymer” will debut each week at www.MyrtleBeachGolfTrips.com/Ridin-with-Rymer.
The release dates for the first four episodes are as follows:
Jan. 8 – Hank Haney, legendary golf coach
Jan. 15 – Damon Hack, Golf Channel star
Jan. 22 – Paige Spiranac, social media influencer
Jan. 29 – Javier Colon, winner of NBC’s “The Voice”
While the emphasis will often be on the course, “Ridin’ With Rymer” will be an interview-based show, allowing viewers to better get to know their favorite celebrities.
The celebrities and Rymer will be playing courses like TPC Myrtle Beach, King’s North at Myrtle Beach National, Grande Dunes Resort Club, and “The Granddaddy,” Pine Lakes Country Club, among others.
“Ridin’ With Rymer is an ideal platform to showcase what makes Myrtle Beach the game’s most popular destination – great golf and good times on and off the course,” said Justin Binke, the director of marketing for MyrtleBeachGolfTrips.com. “As we prepare for the spring season, players will get to ride alongside Charlie and his celebrity friends as they enjoy the Myrtle Beach golf experience.”
