Myrtle Beach National Golf Club Earns 59club Service Excellence Award

Myrtle Beach National Golf Club, home to three Arnold Palmer designs, has been recognized among the nation’s top-performing golf facilities, earning a Bronze Flag Service Excellence Award from 59club USA, a global leader in customer service analytics for the golf and hospitality industry.

The honor was presented as part of 59club USA’s third annual Service Excellence Awards in Orlando, Fla., an event that brought together industry leaders from across the country to celebrate outstanding achievements in customer service, sales, operations, and leadership.

Winners were determined through scores collected via 59club’s mystery shopping program, which assesses the guest experience from the first point of contact to on-site service, course conditions, and post-round engagement. The program also evaluates the sales journey for golfers inquiring about memberships, group outings, and special events.

Myrtle Beach National’s honor reflects its long-time commitment to customer service. The property exceeded 59club’s demanding standards while providing experiences that consistently impressed evaluators throughout the 2025 review period.

In a market known nationally for the depth and quality of its golf offerings, being singled out by 59club places further reaffirms the club’s place among the area’s best.

Kings NorthMyrtle Beach National is home to the West Course, SouthCreek and most prominently King’s North, a layout that recently completed a two-year, two-part renovation project led by architect Brandon Johnson.

The already memorable routing of King’s North was unchanged by the renovation, but Johnson’s work invigorated the greens and their surrounds, adding new pin positions and drama to every hole. King’s North has been ranked among America’s 100 Greatest Public Courses and the renovation will help ensure its place among the area’s bucket list layouts for years to come.

SouthCreek and the West Course are ideal complements, providing golfers the opportunity to score on designs that offer variety and good times for players of all skill levels.
