Beginning February 13, Breeze will double its nonstop service between Myrtle Beach and Fort Lauderdale, increasing flights from two per week to four (Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday).
The flights will depart Fort Lauderdale at 12:28 p.m. and arrive in Myrtle Beach at 2:13 p.m., leaving time for an afternoon round after accounting for the time change. Return flights will depart MYR at 4:40 p.m. and arrive in South Florida at 6:30 p.m., allowing golfers to play 18 before heading home.
In addition to the expanded Fort Lauderdale schedule, Breeze will also add an additional flight to Orlando beginning February 5, and new service to Long Island starting May 5.
The additions further solidify Myrtle Beach International Airport’s reputation for affordable air service with nonstop access to more than 50 cities across the United
States.
Known for its convenience and ease of travel, MYR recently completed a $93.5 million, 50,000-square-foot expansion of Concourse A, increasing the number of gates and enhancing the overall passenger experience as new service continues to be added.
For golfers, Breeze’s expanded offerings provide more scheduling flexibility and affordable nonstop access to golf’s most popular travel destination.
The combination of Breeze’s growing presence in the market and MYR’s continued investment in infrastructure underscores Myrtle Beach’s commitment to delivering the best air travel experience in South Carolina.
