The “Gimme Golf” podcast is relatively new to the scene, but it hasn’t taken the Meredith Kirk-hosted endeavor long to attract attention. The Golf Wire, the game’s leading email newsletter, has listed “Gimme Golf” among its 12 podcasts that are “Worth a Listen”
The Golf Wire list reads like a “who’s who” of podcasts, with Gimme Golf taking a seat alongside No Laying, The Fried Egg, Barstool’s Foreplay and The Clubhouse with Shane Bacon, among others.
Gimme Golf has produced 18 episodes covering all things Myrtle Beach golf and beyond. Among the guests who have appeared on the podcast are media personality Charlie Rymer, Paige Spiranac and Golf Channel’s social media correspondent Alexandra O’Laughlin.
An LPGA pro and one of South Carolina’s most respected teachers, Kirk is the driving force behind the podcast. She discusses the latest Myrtle Beach scuttlebutt and interviews a stream of engaging guests both inside and outside the market.
