Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent a property. Reservations are not accepted from high school or college student groups. The person making the reservation must stay at the property for the entire rental period, and maximum occupancy limits must be followed.

- Check-in: 4:00 PM or later
- Check-out: 10:00 AM
Cancellation Policy
Reservations canceled at least 30 days before arrival are eligible for a refund of rental fees paid, minus a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable. Optional travel insurance is recommended.
Smoking & Pet Policies
All rental units are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted on balconies and premises under the rental provider’s policy. Smoking inside a unit results in a $500 charge plus applicable damages. Pets are not permitted, and violations are subject to a $500 fee.
Linens, Towels & Internet
Bed linens and bath towels are included with each rental. Guests should bring their own beach and pool towels. Internet access is provided at no additional charge.
Taxes, Fees & Damages
Applicable accommodation taxes and processing fees apply. Rental fees include limited accidental damage coverage of up to $1,500 for eligible damages reported immediately. Certain damages and violations are excluded from coverage.
Payments & Reservations
Accepted payment methods include credit cards, official bank checks, and money orders. Reservations may be canceled if payments are not received by the required due date.
Property Availability
In rare circumstances, guests may need to be relocated to a comparable property. If an acceptable alternative is unavailable, guests may request a refund of rental fees paid or a change of rental dates.
