Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM. If you will be arriving after 9:00 PM, please contact the front desk in advance to receive late check-in procedures.



Check-out is 10:00 AM or earlier on the day of departure.

There are NO refunds for early departures.



A $100 security deposit is required on all reservations at check-in. This will be refunded once the room is vacant and cleared for damages at check-out.



Registered guest must either be married, at least 25 years of age, or accompanied by a parent for the entire length of stay.



We reserve the right to require a minimum number of night stay in any unit at any time of the year. You will receive a refund for early departure provided you give a 48 hour advance notice and all minimum night stay requirements have been met.



We make every attempt to honor all requests; however, room location, floor level and view are subject to change based on availability.



Cancellation Policy – If you cancel at least 30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a full refund less a $35.00 cancellation fee. If you cancel within 30 days of arrival, you will forfeit your entire deposit.



No trailers, watercrafts, motorcycles, buses, or motorhomes are permitted on the property.



All units are non-smoking.



Pets are not permitted in any of the units at any time.



Daily maid service is available at an additional charge per day.
