Three Trending Merchandise Items to Check Out on Your Fall Golf Vacation

Casey Cook, Director of Retail for Founders Group International (Owns and Operates 22 Golf Courses along the Grand Strand), highlights 3 trending merchandise items you need to check out on your fall golf vacation

Meredith:
So, Casey, tell us about these three special items that golfers need to check out.

Casey:
The first one I’ve selected is a duo yardage coin. It’s kind of cool the way we did it, we take the golf course score card and we put all the yardages around the coin. The middle of the ball marker still comes out, if you want to use that to mark the green instead of the large ball marker, because I know some guys get annoyed with that.

Meredith:
Yeah. I love it. That is genius. Now, the second item.

Casey:
The second item is from the mens’ line, from Travis Matthews. Prints are in right now. If you don’t own prints, start buying prints.

Meredith:
That’s right.

Casey:
That’s going to be the new trend. This is a unique vendor for us, because it’s more on and off golf course for the guys that don’t play a ton of golf but still come to Myrtle Beach. This still gives them an option of something to purchase that they can still wear on the weekends, wear out for dinner, take the family out.

Meredith:
I love it, and I love the prints coming back in. Now, this third item?

Casey:
The third item is from our ladies’ line. Ladies, dresses are coming back. Two items for the price of one, if you buy top and bottom, if you like to wear the outfit. And again, a very versatile vendor, because you can wear this on and off golf course, you can wear it to the beach, you can wear it out to dinner.

Meredith:
Right. I love it.

Casey:
So, tourist market, always looking for something to wear to go out to dinner, you can still come to the pro shop.

Meredith:
That’s right. And it has some shorts that you can wear underneath, I love that. And a cute little bag, you can actually put your golf tees in here.

Casey:
Absolutely.

Meredith:
Yep. Well, I love these items. And the great thing about these items, when you come to Myrtle Beach, you can find all of these in all of our pro shops here, which is fantastic.

Casey:
Absolutely.

Meredith:
Yep. So when you join us here on your next Myrtle Beach golf vacation, you can go to MyrtleBeachGolfTrips.com and if you forget any items, well, we have them for you.
